The following table lists Saskatchewan local history books dealing with communities where known or possible Zichydorfers lived. The table combines town names and RM names into a common list for ease of cross-referencing.

Column 1 – Number of Rural Municipality (RM).

Column 2 – Name of Rural Municipality or Town.

Column 3 – If the entry in column 2 is a town, column 3 lists the RM in which that town lies. If the entry in column 2 is an RM, column 3 lists the towns in that RM or near its border in neighbouring RMs.

Column 4 – Libraries in which the book can be found: p = Province of Saskatchewan, Dept. of Culture & Youth Resource Library; r = Regina Public Library, Prairie History Room; s = Saskatchewan Genealogical Society Library; u = University of Regina Library.

Column 5 – Year of publication.

Column 6 – Title of book.

Notes:

1 – If an entry is in ALL CAPS, there is at least one book dealing specifically with that RM or that town and the surrounding area. A book about the RM covers the whole RM. A book about a town covers the town and the surrounding district, often including other nearby towns. Town names may be listed under more than one RM if they are near a boundary. Where a town and an RM have the same name, the capitalized entry reflects the emphasis of the book.

2 – If an entry is underlined, it indicates that town is covered as part of a larger area and specifically named in a subtitle. If an entry is capitalized and underlined there is a book specifically about that town/RM as well as a book that lists it in a subtitle.
